- Participar de fórums regionales y globales; Interactuar con otras unidades de negocio y centros de fabricación en la búsqueda de soporte técnico;
- Recibir cursos o capacitaciones de productos y softwares;
- Realizar análisis técnico remota con base en documentación Vertiv y normas regionales;
- Apoyar los casos complejos y de mayor análisis que vienen del Tier I;
- Realizar análisis de causa raíz y elaborar documentaciones técnicas con respecto a operación de las soluciones Vertiv.
**Requisitos**:
- Formación en Ingeniería Mecánica o áreas relacionadas (finalizadas o en culminación de carrera);
- De 3 a 5 años de experiência;
- Inglés intermedio (lectura, escritura) y un nível conversación básico;
- Conocimiento en temas de Auditorias o similares.
