**Descripción del puesto**:
Buscamos un Gestor de Proyectos de Marketing con talento y experiência para unirse a nuestro dinámico equipo y supervisar iniciativas de marketing centradas en proyectos de desarrollo web con metodología Agile.
- El Gestor de Proyectos de Marketing desempeñará un papel crucial en la planificación, ejecución y gestión de proyectos de marketing, haciendo hincapié en las iniciativas de desarrollo web.
- Esta persona colaborará con equipos multifuncionales, incluidos los de marketing, diseño, desarrollo y partes interesadas, para impulsar el éxito de los proyectos y ofrecer resultados excepcionales.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar y aplicar estrategias eficaces de gestión de proyectos para iniciativas de marketing, en particular proyectos de desarrollo web.
- Utilizar metodologías ágiles para planificar, ejecutar y supervisar proyectos, garantizando la entrega puntual y el cumplimiento de los objetivos del proyecto.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con las partes interesadas para reunir los requisitos del proyecto, identificar el alcance del proyecto y definir los entregables.
- Crear y mantener planes de proyecto detallados, incluidos plazos, hitos y asignación de recursos.
- Coordinarse con los equipos internos y los proveedores externos para garantizar una ejecución perfecta del proyecto.
- Dirigir las reuniones del proyecto, proporcionando una comunicación clara, actualizaciones de estado y resolución de problemas.
- Supervisar el progreso del proyecto, identificar posibles riesgos o retrasos y aplicar soluciones proactivas.
- Realizar evaluaciones periódicas de los proyectos para valorar los criterios de éxito y ofrecer recomendaciones de mejora.
- Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar activos creativos, contenidos y materiales de marketing.
- Fomentar un entorno de equipo positivo y productivo, promoviendo la colaboración y la comunicación eficaz.
- Garantizar que la documentación del proyecto sea precisa, esté actualizada y sea accesible para todas las partes interesadas.

**Habilidades y cualificaciones - Habilidades duras y blandas: INGLÉS INDISPENSABLE 85%**
- Experiência demostrada (más de 4 años) como gestor de proyectos en un entorno de marketing o agencia digital, con especial atención a los proyectos de desarrollo web.
- Sólida familiaridad con metodologías ágiles y capacidad para implementar prácticas Agile de manera efectiva.
- Sólidos conocimientos de tecnologías, plataformas y herramientas de desarrollo web.
- Capacidad demostrada para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, cumpliendo los plazos y objetivos del proyecto.
- Excelentes dotes de organización, gestión del tiempo y resolución de problemas.
- Excepcionales habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.
- Mentalidad colaborativa con capacidad para trabajar bien en equipos interfuncionales.
- Actitud proactiva y orientada a los resultados, con especial atención a la mejora continua.
- Dominio de software y herramientas de gestión de proyectos. (preferiblemente Wrike)

**Horario**: Lunes a Viernes de 8 AM a 5 PM
