Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination and Execution: Lead and coordinate the efforts between web design agencies, graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to ensure timely delivery of digital marketing assets.
- Strategic Planning and Management: Develop project plans, including timelines and milestones, to guide the execution and monitoring of marketing initiatives.
- Lead Conversion and Analytics: Manage email marketing list syncing, craft and optimize email marketing contents, and implement and manage HubSpot email marketing automation campaigns.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage event logistics, including content collection, vendor negotiations, booth setups, and marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation and Communication: Craft and optimize landing pages, manage content creation, and drive banner generation for various marketing channels.
- 2+ years of experience at a SaaS startup or an early stage brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HubSpot-based marketing, with a strong emphasis on project coordination and team collaboration.
- Strong proficiency in driving ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude for crafting compelling content.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, particularly HubSpot, Google Analytics, and list builders.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent spoken and marketing-oriented written English communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- A proven track record of managing projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
- Experience in analytics and a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and optimization.
