**Job Title: Project Manager/ Product Development Manager (US-Company)**

**Location: Colombia (work from home)**

**Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM US Pacific Time zone**

**MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY**

**Compensation: 20% above your current pay**

**Key Responsibilities**:Managing internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations, documentation, and schedule are maintained and accurate. Managing successful launch of completed development projects into Production.

1) Demonstrate **skill **in overseeing a high volume of projects **within hardware **development, **effectively **navigating **resource **limitations.

2**) **Possess a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing systems and their direct influence on the outputs of ERP **systems**.

**3*) Exhibit the capability **to **foster collaboration and drive execution, transcending formal authority **lines **to achieve **successful outcomes*.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, inside sales, or a related field, preferably working with American companies in the manufacturing industry
- The ability to provide customer service in a manner that makes the customer feel like they are receiving support from someone located in the US, regardless of the employee's actual location
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Experience with product development and understanding manufacturing and supply chain
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Experience managing other salespeople is preferred
- Must understand that this is a "single contributor" position with no direct reports
- Comfortable working the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM United States Pacific Time
- Strong organizational skills, both in paper and technology
- Experience with ERP software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Must be willing to work from home

**Outcomes**

**1) 30 days - Evaluate **the development **process **and existing **tools **and determine **the planned **method **for tracking **projects.

2) 60 **days**:

- **Review **and **document **tasks for all **active projects**.

3) 90 Days**:

- Finalize **all templates **and **run **one **project **fully through **those templates **successfully **through NPI

4**) **Communicate project **status **internally and **ensure **any delays are quickly and clearly **communicated**.

**5) Scope**, Budget, and Timeline Tracking

**6) **Stakeholder, change, **and **process **management**

7) Documentation management and compliance with **QSM **(or QSM updated)
