- Ensure accurate billing information is provided to clients.
- Handle billing discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Assist in the smooth flow of information between various departments and clients.
- Download and present necessary documents to clients as required.
- Collect and organize relevant documents for billing and shipping processes.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify any shipment-related issues and take appropriate actions.
- Proactively identify discrepancies in billing or shipping information.
- Escalate discrepancies with proper documentation for resolution.
- Manage document requests and uploads to the system.
- Ensure all necessary documents are collected and organized efficiently.
- Take a proactive approach to anticipate and address potential issues.
- Suggest improvements to streamline billing and shipping processes.
