The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for customers and business partners of the Motion, Service division in Bogota, Colombia. In this role and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the team by reacting to customer inquiries.
**This position reports to**:
Customer Support Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue
- Entry of orders, factory purchases and international trade (monitoring the status of orders)
- Delivery to customers, billing and collections
- Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification
- Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas
**Your background**:
- +4 years of experience (at least 2 years of experience in related positions)
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related careers
- An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
- Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service (international trade and logistics)
- Knowledge of ERP SAP and Sales Force (desirable)
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Intermediate English level
