**Title: Specialist - CRT**

**Location: GSC BOG**

This position will support the GSK Program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive final invoices and through a deep review ensure optimal quality and compliance of the charged invoices for further payment release to carriers.
- Do proactive validations on invoices and charges before posting to K&N, as per standard instructions from the customer, in order to guarantee the success of self-billing results between GSK - K&N - DGF.
- In case of any deviation identified or error, proceed to align with the origin station and do the respective amendments in CW1.
- Once FIS validated, proceed to post the invoice and trigger the supporting PDF file to be received by K&N via EDI. In case of failure, support the Retrigger Process.
- Provide deep dive analysis on issues identified and address any situation that may raise as part of the Invoice Management process.
- Add value to our customers through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Cross-training within the team.

**Skills/Requirements**:

- Students/ Professionals in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations.
- Problem Solving Skills
- MS Excel intermediate - high (data analysis). Macros knowledge is a plus.
- AFR/ OFR Logistics Operations Background.
- CW1 knowledge.
- English Level: High
- Customer service orientation. Effective oral and written communication skills
- Self-management & Proactive attitude.
- Adaptability skills & Quick Learner.
- Teamwork

**Relevant information**:

- Salary: $ 2.270.000
- Type of Contract: Indefinite - Directly with DHL Colombia.
- Performance bonus from 7% to 13% of salary ($158.900 min
- $295.100 max)
- Food Allowance: $95.564
