**Digital Analytics Specialist**

This position reports into Digital Deployment Lead and is based at Bogota.

**What You Will Do**

The Digital Analytics Specialist is responsible for administrative and clerical tasks concerning digital platforms, connections and tools required by the customer service team and other Deliver functional areas.
- Key Responsibilities
- Telephony Services)
- Manage Regional EDI and Electronic Invoice Services ensuring service continuity
- Manage EDI, Electronic Invoice and SAP enhancement budget
- Drive order automation across the region
- Assist Customer Service team with IT related issues and requirements.
- Support regional Digital projects

**Qualifications**:
**What We Are Looking For**

Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of IT support structures
- 2-3 years experience
- Service fulfillment for Internal stakeholders
- Desired Qualifications
- Customer oriented services
- Intermediate english
- Microsoft Suite, SAP role management
