As a Product Marketing Manager - Market Intelligence, you will have the opportunity to drive product marketing activities for Anthology’s robust set of EdTech solutions, services, and integrations across a large ecosystem of partners. The Product Marketing organization has the unique responsibility of supporting Anthology’s global go-to-market execution, launching new innovations across our teaching and learning, enterprise operations, and student lifecycle engagement solutions while showcasing Anthology’s vision for the future. In this role, you will support research into customer needs and perceptions, competitor activity, and broad market movements that impact how Anthology positions products and competes in the market.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting research into competitive landscape and challenges to position the value and differentiation of Anthology’s solutions and services in the evolving EdTech market
- Growing and maintaining Anthology’s competitive intelligence platform
- Crafting inspiring EdTech solution and product messaging with proof points, competitive differentiation, and captivating storytelling
- Researching and defining buyer and influencer personas that identify specific pain points and goals within their institution and aligning those to the value offered by Anthology
- Partnering with product management, sales, client experience managers, and engineering teams to showcase our product innovation and market alignment
- Partnering closely with the sales enablement teams to provide and maintain market insights, product innovation, and competitive differentiation to win more deals
- Working closely with the product management and analyst relations team to support industry analyst surveys and reports. Continuously updating and briefing analysts on Anthology’s innovation, client success, and market growth
- Supporting the production of core product market collateral including blog posts, websites pages, webinars, white papers, eBooks, infographics, data sheets, and pitch decks to support Anthology’s solution, product, and service value
Required skills/qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, results-oriented environment
- Self-starter with strong sense of accountability
- Passion for Higher Education, Student Success, and EdTech solutions/services
- Experience with market research platforms
- Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above
Preferred skills/qualifications:
- Experience in Higher Education industry
