**The position**:
Manage the strategy of access to the direct and indirect market of products and services offered by the area of Pets, Poultry, Swine and livestock. Develop, direct and follow the establishment of the journey to direct and indirect customers, creating reference experiences that capture value, loyalty and recognition of the market.
***Tasks and responsibilities**:
- Elaborate the strategic plan of access to the market, defining direct and indirect access strategies, guaranteeing market coverage and customer coverage.
- Definition of the need for opening, closing and management of points of sale, MKT trade actions, management and performance of trading partners.
- Elaboration of the promotion plan for final customers via direct or indirect market.
- Elaboration of the journey to the final customer, with creation, management of KPIs and actions that guarantee the best experience of the market with our products and services.
- Management of the cost of serving, margins, investments, relationship programs, promotion and dissemination in sales outlets and final customers.
- Elaboration, promotion and development of relationship programs with final clients and commercial partners. Create environment, which allows the inclusion and divergence of the team, trained and developing talents to assume key holdings in the organization.
- Elaborate and Manage CRM strategy.
- Manage team in order to seek efficiency, development and high performance.
- Manager all trade marketing structure and strategy, creating and develop all stores experience, focus and results.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Market, business, Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science or related fields and Business Management / Marketing (MBA).
- Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in marketing, business administration and project managing. Sales can be a best.
- Key account management and trade marketing experience.
- Previous experience leading teams. Advanced level in English.
