**Summary of the Role**:
In this role, you will lead the ASP organization to achieve annual and long-term financial objectives. This position is responsible for P&L management of the LATAM Commercial Organization and developing, directing, and ensuring successful development and execution of its vision and strategy.
In addition, you will drive organic top line growth, lead new business development opportunities, and achieve optimal business performance. You will demonstrate and instill leadership values and will chair the Regional Committee lead team. Overall, as LATAM Head of the commercial organization you will develop and drive a culture that is committed to transparency, collaboration, compliance and quality.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Overall coordination, functional management, and leadership of all LATAM Sales, Marketing, Tech. Services and Customer Care Center activities
Deliver P&L objectives attaining Sales Revenue, Margin, and Profit targets
Execute direction and drive evidence-based decision-making. This includes completing the analysis required for forecasting, competitive analysis, segmentation, and other marketing-related activities
Develop a differentiated strategy and execution plan for regional brand/portfolio/specialty over its lifecycle. This includes understanding, anticipating, and responding to shifts within the market and healthcare environment and how they affect ASP related procedures and specialties.
Builds a business objective, marketing objective, source of volume, value proposition (segmentation, targeting, positioning) and measurements into the strategy and ensures execution of product, price, channel and communication elements.
Translates market dynamics into the ability to drive pricing and contracting strategies that transfer value into profitability on a regional basis.
Accountable for establishing a high performing organization that provides a stimulating and motivating work environment focused on talent development and customer and business objectives.
Responsible for the development and management of business area leaders. Assesses resource capacity and capabilities to ensure strong alignment with business and/or financial objectives.
Ensures commercial activities are following local and company regulations, policies and procedures. Drive a culture of ethical behaviors. Develops and drives a work culture committed to compliance, quality and customer focus.
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
Performs other duties assigned as needed
**Experience & Qualifications**:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
Post graduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus.
10+ years of experience in a commercial senior leadership role
P&L experience.
Experience in sales, service, marketing, customer service (order management) and channel management.
A career history of successfully completing and delivering results on complex projects, such as integrations, streamlining of global operations, or carve-outs.
Experienced in managing multiple functions, and team size of 200 people or similar.
Medical industry experience including medical device, capital equipment, diagnostics, or life sciences.
Experience in M&A integration project´s focused in create sustainability through margin expansion, acceleration on revenue and org design (wish)
Regional experience driving product innovation strategy, pipeline and lifecycle management. (wish)
Fluent in Spanish & English
Intermediate Portuguese
