**Cómo será el día típico**
- Asistir la agenda de Commercial Risk de la Región _
- _Bajar la estrategia de Commercial Risk Services para LATAM, la cual incluye productos, servicios, data y Analytics, siniestros._
- _Participar en el desarrollo de la estrategia de verticales de industrias: Interacción con las compañías de seguros y reaseguros para el análisis de los diferentes portafolios de servicios y ver crecimiento y expansión de estos (crecimiento, nuevos negocios, etc.)._
- _Participar en el desarrollo de la estrategia de articulating value: apoyar en el desarrollo y seguimiento de las iniciativas como lo son las estrategias de pricing a lo largo de la región._
- _Generar insights y análisis sobre las condiciones actuales de las industrias tanto en la región (Latam) como en el mercado global y relacionarlo con la situación actual de los negocios que Aon desarrolla._
- _Proponer nuevos productos, estrategias, servicios o alternativas para satisfacer las necesidades puntuales de una Industria o del mercado en general apoyado en datos._
- _Conocer a profundidad los objetivos de la Corporación y con base en estos, preparar información para cumplir con el crecimiento anual, el margen y articular de mejor manera el valor que Aon lleva al cliente (seguimiento a las agendas de los líderes de las diferentes industrias)_
- _Apoyo en diferentes requerimientos que realicen los líderes de las diferentes industrias a nível LATAM: Preparación de reuniones, realización de actas de reuniones, realización de presentaciones._
- _Aon United Growth Plays: ligado a las diferentes iniciativas, generando un valor agregado al cliente y garantizando la recepción del pago oportuno de éstos._
**Habilidades y experiência que conducirán al éxito**
- _Experiência: mínimo 3 años de experiência en roles similares_
- _Conocimientos Técnicos: Data y Analytics, no necesariamente conocimientos en seguros_
- _Estudios y/o especialidades: Profesional en carreras administrativas_
- _Idiomas: inglés avanzado_
- _Herramientas Tecnológicas: Excel avanzado_
