**About the Role**:
As a Strategic Account Intern, you'll gain invaluable experience working with our merchant partners to drive growth and success. We will go the extra mile to make sure you receive a learning experience that you'll never forget. You will become extremely knowledgeable in sales, partnerships and client services best practices. You will also learn how to work in a professional environment and will be working side-by-side with company leadership.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Strategic Account Intern who is best in class, excelling in both high IQ and high EQ. This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing team, with abundant prospects for career advancement.
**What You'll Learn**:
- How to work with existing merchant partners to drive additional growth.
- How to bring leads through a sales cycle and win contracts.
- How to create compelling content that will be shared with merchant partners, customers and the public.
- How to establish trust and master day-to-day management of client & partner relationships.
- Ad hoc project opportunities with cross-functional teams throughout the business.
**What We Look For**:
- Final year of a Bachelor's degree OR currently pursuing a Master's degree
- Working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or other related discipline.
- Minimum of 4.2 GPA (on a 5.0 scale).
- Able to work during the school year starting as soon as possible.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Apps.
- Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- Creative, Detailed and Flexible.
- Strong acumen to effectively communicate in a corporate environment.
**Preferred Knowledge & Skills**:
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Growth-minded and looking to turn challenges into opportunities.
- Fun and collaborative and enjoy working with a team.
- People-person who derives energy from meeting with others.
- Passionate about helping others.
- Adept at managing time.
