**Resumen del Trabajo**:
El Services Account Representative es el principal contacto para los asuntos operativos del negocio de servicios. Esto incluye facilitar el crecimiento de las ventas de servicios, la ambición a través de la gestión de cuentas, el análisis de oportunidades de venta, la gestión de contratos de servicios, la coordinación de servicios y la atención al cliente. Ofrecer un servicio de calidad con soluciones innovadoras, buscando impulsar la excelencia en la satisfacción del cliente.
La posición está basada en Bogotá, Colombia.
Viajará hasta un 25% de su tiempo a las instalaciones de nuestros clientes.

**Qué harás**:
Como Services Account Representative, tu harás:
- Participar con aportes en la preparación de la estrategia de ventas, incluido el Plan de Cuentas Clave de Servicio (Key Account Plan), utilizando fuentes de datos internas y externas.
- Dirigir el análisis y el seguimiento de las oportunidades de venta y promover servicios basados en la información del cliente, junto con el Service Key Account Manager y el Service Team.
- Participar en las relaciones con los clientes desde una perspectiva administrativa y en las ventas mediante una comunicación estructurada.
- Participar en el análisis y seguimiento de los resultados de satisfacción del cliente junto con las funciones de servicios.
- Dirigir la comunicación y la planificación con los clientes de las actividades de servicio y mantenimiento, las soluciones permanentes y los kits de reconstrucción obligatorios.
- Participar en la preparación y la ejecución del contrato de servicios y confirmar los recursos y el control de la prestación de servicios.
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a la ejecución del contrato de servicios y participar en su cumplimiento.
- Administrar y actualizar ma Master Data relacionada a los clientes y garantizar su exactitud para impulsar las ventas y el negocio de servicios.
- Dirigir la planificación y el aprovisionamiento de material y mano de obra locales.
**Creemos que tienes**:
- Título en Administración de Empresas/ Ingeniería Industrial.
- Mínimo 02 años de experiência laboral con clientes
- Deseable experiência en Industria Alimentaria;
- Inglés intermedio.
- Buenos conocimientos en Microsoft Office (Excel y Power Point son obligatorios)
