Cross-country - Commercial Sr Manager/ Vision Care

Johnson & Johnson actualmente está buscando un **Commercial SR Manager** para unirse a nuestro equipo de **Vision Care **ubicado en Bogotá-CO o en Panamá.
Esta persona será responsable de gerenciar las operaciones comerciales de Vision Care en el North Hub, que incluye **Colombia, Centroamérica y Caribe **, explorando las oportunidades y potenciales del mercado para satisfacer y exceder las metas de la empresa. Mejorar la calidad de los servicios y la atención en los canales definidos por el negocio. Supervisar la fuerza de ventas de cada país a través de los gerentes de ventas a su cargo para asegurar la máxima efectividad e impacto en el mercado en función de una adecuada segmentación y priorización de clientes.
Responsabilidades principales (no restringidas a):
- Dirigir el equipo de ventas en de Vision Care en North Hub (Colombia, Centroamérica & Caribe)
- Desarrollar la categoría de producto de la empresa mediante el aumento del número de usuarios de lentes de contacto.
- Incrementar el volumen de ventas en los canales definidos en la estrategia comercial.
- Realizar proyecciones de venta de manera periódica para apoyar los distintos procesos de la compañía.
- Desarrollar la planificación de ventas en función de potencial de mercado, la competencia y el canal, con el objetivo de aumentar la participación de los productos en el mercado de lentes de contacto.
- Desarrollar planes y estrategias con Cuentas Clave para el mediano / largo plazo para cumplir con los objetivos de venta y seguimiento de indicadores clave de rendimiento propuestos en los ciclos de ventas.
- Desarrollar y recomendar la política comercial adecuada, dada la participación de la competencia, las condiciones del mercado, las tendencias de los clientes y las prioridades de negocio de la compañía.
- Actuar como un líder y "dueño" del proceso de desarrollo de las personas bajo su responsabilidad directa e indirecta.
- Cumplir con los procesos corporativos de gestión de equipo y de desarrollo de personas a su cargo (contratación, entrenamiento, compensación, desarrollo, compromiso)
- Participar y / o dirigir proyectos multifuncionales destinados a la mejora de los procesos de ventas, marketing, logística, etc., contribuyendo al desarrollo del negocio en su conjunto.
- Relacionarse con los equipos de Marketing, PED, Finanzas y Deliver para el logro de los objetivos empresariales comunes.
- Conocer el universo de la Optometría, convirtiéndose en referencia del sector profesional.
- Trabajar para desarrollar las relaciones con la comunidad de profesionales de salud visual y líderes de opinión con visión estratégica y actitud ética.
- Dirigir a través de su equipo, la capacitación de los distribuidores e intermediarios, personal de ópticas, clínicas y optometristas.
- Mantener contacto frecuente con los representantes y clientes, a nível nacional, a través de visitas periódicas en beneficio de las ventas, de la imagen de la empresa y de sus productos.
- Mantener una vigilancia constante sobre las actividades de los competidores, análisis de precios y condiciones, los productos y las promociones en el mercado.
- Cumplir con las políticas y el cumplimiento normativo de la empresa (HCC, Calidad, Legal)
- líder del Programa de Seguranza de la Flotilla (Safe Fleet)
- Viajar según sea necesario para acompañar el equipo de ventas, para atender reuniones de negocio y entrenamientos
**Qualifications**:
- Título Universitario, Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Economía o Ciencias de la Salud
- Deseable: Maestría, MBA o relacionado
- Deseable experiência en mercados de salud (Dispositivos médicos, farmacéuticos o consumo)
- Experiência en estrategias y planes de productos, segmentación de mercados, manejo de presupuestos, eventos promocionales y branding.
- Inglés Fluido
- Dispuesto a viajar al menos el 30% del tiempo.
- 8 - 10 años de experiência en funciones y mercados similares (Incluyendo manejo de personas)
- Habilidades analíticas en la medición del desempeño y desarrollo de planes.
- Habilidades de comunicación, verbal y escrita.
- Habilidades comprobadas de liderazgo y colaboración
- Requisitos de Safe Fleet:
Debido a que esta posición es eligible a Auto de Compañía como herramienta de trabajo, también es requerido:
- Licencia de conducir vigente.
- Al menos 3 años de experiência conduciendo un auto, preferentemente en zonas de autopista o carretera (entre 80 y 100 km/h) y con vehículos estándar.
