**We are searching for the best talent for Product Strategy Manager to be located in Santiago, Chile; Bogotá, Colombia; Mexico City, Mexico; Sao Jose dos Campos and Sao Paulo, Brazil.**
We are seeking a proactive and results oriented MedTech Technology Product Manager to join our Global product team and lead the end-to-end management of technology product solutions for the LATAM Region.
**The main responsabilities**:
- Work with global product teams in education and marketing reviewing and translating product roadmap features for the LATAM region into clear product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to global, cross-functional product teams throughout the technology product implementation process, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution and delivery within quality, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Serve as the single point of contact for operational issues with existing digital solutions and work with customers, the global product teams, product developers and vendors to resolve issues
- Produce technical reports, memoranda, and other documents for both internal and external distribution.
- Mentor and train junior colleagues in methodologies, processes, and roles, while advocating for a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the planning phase for deploying technology product solutions in the region, defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, while actively resolving impediments to delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technology partners.
- Conduct audits of critical design and research initiatives to enhance existing services or product features.
- Oversee the setup of product information within technology platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Proactively communicate with regional stakeholders to manage expectations regarding solution feasibility and delivery timelines, while identifying and addressing risks related to quality standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in MedTech solutions.

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in the healthcare and technology industries.
- Demonstrated understanding of standard practices, technology, and industry principles.
- Proven track record in gathering requirements and translating them into a product vision, leveraging expertise in product development, engineering, and UX.
- Deep understanding and experience in delivering high-quality products, including planning, dependency management, and execution & governance.
- Ability to comprehend business needs, including knowledge of business processes, key value drivers, and industry trends.
- Proficient in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team-level metrics, leading product team ceremonies, and resolving blockers (e.g., burndown chart, release burn-up).
- Foundational skills with commercial omni channel solutions including web platforms, CRM solutions (i.e Microsoft Dynamics), Data & Analytics, digital engagement/learning platforms, healthcare technology innovation and emerging technologies such as Mixed Reality (XR) and TeleHealth Solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is required and in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred, given the focus on the LATAM region.
- Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning, project management, software development life cycle, and agile methodologies.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a drive to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Strong ability to partner and influence across interdependent teams, with the capacity to manage multiple products effectively.
