**What You'll Do**
- **Strategic HR Leadership**:Develop and execute HR strategies aligning with the company mission, focusing on employee well-being and ethical conduct.
- Compliance and Welfare: Ensure HR policies meet legal standards and prioritize team member welfare.
- **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion**:Lead DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive, equitable work environment.
- **Professional Development**: Manage training programs to address developmental needs and align with company goals.
- **Performance Management**:Oversee performance reviews and career growth support through feedback mechanisms.
- **Recruitment and Onboarding**: Lead hiring processes and integrate new hires into company culture.
- **Employee Engagement and Retention**: Develop initiatives to boost satisfaction and retention, and foster a feedback-rich environment.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Manage competitive compensation and benefits packages with transparency and equity.
- **System Implementation and Optimization**: Drive adoption and optimization of HR systems like Lattice, promoting technological adaptability across the organization.
**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.
- Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- DEI (Diversity, Equality & Inclusion) certification or training is advantageous.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years in DEI leadership.
- English proficiency: C1/C2 Level (Native).
- Successful history of HR strategy development aligned with business goals.
- Proficient in managing HR functions like recruitment, performance management, etc.
- Skilled in leading DEI initiatives with measurable results.
- Experience with HR technologies (e.g., Lattice, Gusto).
- Adaptability to new HR systems and technologies.
- Strategic alignment of HR with broader business objectives.
- Cultivate inclusive environments fostering diversity.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Drive innovation in employee engagement and culture.
- High emotional intelligence for empathetic interactions.
- Expertise in employment laws and compliance regulations.
- Integration of sustainable practices into HR operations.
- Commitment to professional development in HR and DEI (Diversity, Equality & Inclusion).
