**We're Hiring: Social Media Manager (Remote Position)**

**What You Will Do**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy for multiple business accounts, including pharmacies and residential assisted living facilities.
- Create engaging, creative, and informative content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage our audience and build community.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, audience engagement, and analytical insights, ensuring our social media strategies remain cutting-edge.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role managing business accounts at a high level. Show us what you've built
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Familiarity with graphic design, web design, and publishing.
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for social media and proficiency in using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
- **Familiarity or comfort with leveraging AI** in creating content and managing social media platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred.
