As a Social Media Manager, you will develop, implement, and manage our organization's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster engagement with our target audience.

You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices to improve our social media presence and effectiveness continually.

Digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively.

Responsibilities:

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals Set specific objectives and report on ROI

Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)

Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

Research & Analysis ( Competitive Research)

Knowledgeable Optimizing Social SEO (Tags, Hashtags, Descriptions)

Scheduling and promoting content online, including forums and social media comments.

Posting on social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, X, Youtube, LinkedIn) and engaging daily on social media with consistent tone and voice

Outbound and inbound outreach within Instagram's social media platform

Become an extension of the company's brand to connect with existing customers and acquire new ones

Analyze the company's social strategy to make frequent improvement suggestions

Stay up to date with new and emerging trends to help keep the company's social media

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social media manager

Hands-on experience in content management Excellent copywriting skills

Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

Extensive knowledge of a variety of current social media platforms

Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics

Knowledge of online marketing channels

Excellent communication skills

Analytical and multitasking skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Team player

Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform

Proven ability to build social media communities.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

Familiar with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suit) is a plus
