***The** **Opportunity**:
**Essential** **Duties** **and** **Responsibilities**:

- Manage the companys accounts payable process, including reviewing invoices for accuracy, entering data into accounting software, and ensuring timely payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely receipt of customer payments and follow up on past-due accounts.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Assist with other accounting and finance tasks as needed.

**The** **Right** **Stuff**:

- Proactiveness.
- High school diploma is required and Technical Studies. 18-month minimum requirement.
- At least four years of related accounting experience required.
- Direct experience in processing accounts payables and paying bills. In addition, experience preparing company invoices to send out to customers for payment.
- Analysis capacity and comprehension of duties.
- Empathetic personality.
- Ability to internalize their skills and demonstrate confidence.
- Excellent bilingual, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

**Education** **&** **Experience**:

- High school diploma is required and Technical Studies 18-month minimum requirement.
- At least four years of related accounting experience required.
