The
Opportunity:

Essential
Duties
and
Responsibilities:

  • Manage the companys accounts payable process, including reviewing invoices for accuracy, entering data into accounting software, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely receipt of customer payments and follow up on pastdue accounts.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Assist with other accounting and finance tasks as needed.

Stuff:

  • Proactiveness.
  • High school diploma is required and Technical Studies. 18month minimum requirement.
  • At least four years of related accounting experience required.
  • Direct experience in processing accounts payables and paying bills. In addition, experience preparing company invoices to send out to customers for payment.
  • Analysis capacity and comprehension of duties.
  • Empathetic personality.
  • Ability to internalize their skills and demonstrate confidence.
  • Excellent bilingual, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

Education
&
Experience:

  • High school diploma is required and Technical Studies 18month minimum requirement.
  • At least four years of related accounting experience required.
