We are seeking an ambitious and results-focused Business Development Executive specializing in CFD/FX to join our global team. This remote role reports directly to the Regional Head of LATAM and initially focuses on Colombia, our main market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify and qualify leads.
- Maintain regular contact with leads, presenting our trading platform's features and benefits.
- Clearly articulate our value propositions and address client inquiries.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations, tailoring them to individual lead needs.
- Implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into active clients.
- Close deals by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the trading platform and addressing client concerns.
- Meet and exceed daily call quotas to ensure a consistent flow of leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies for goal attainment.
- Stay informed about financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate platform features..

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (desirable).
- 2+ years of experience in financial markets sales.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Genuine passion for financial markets.
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management.
- Native/Fluent in Spanish and English.
