Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting; cold/ warm calling.
You will play a crucial part in the sales process by engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and setting up meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
Research and understand customer pain points to tailor messaging accordingly.
Set up meetings and appointments between potential clients and the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM records with lead interactions and pipeline progress.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to conduct persuasive outreach and handle objections effectively.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
