**The Americas Meeting Card Operations Supervisor is a critical member of the Americas Event Operations Team. Specifically in this role, the supervisor accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes related to expense reconciliation and reporting. The Americas Event Operations environment is a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment interfacing with a variety of customer types. Critical to this role is the ability to bring cross-functional roles together to collaborate and align standard business practices impacting good business decisions and outcomes.

**A Day in the Life**
- In depth knowledge of invoice processing in the Concur payment system
- Maintains staff by assisting in recruiting, selecting, and training employees and providing effective coaching.
- Knowledge of company business conduct standards
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with healthcare professional interactions based on requirements specific to country laws and regulations.
- Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational problems, maintaining work instructions, and implementing new procedures.
- Provides training to business partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute tasks in a timely manner.
- Work individually and with a team in recommending action, scheduling, and planning projects and managing projects to completion.
- Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources.
- Perform various projects as assigned.
- Ability to use multiple software programs.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Provide project or program support to a functional group or business process.
- Monitor program/project/system status and applicable deadlines.
- Gather and compile information for reporting.
- Provide technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extractions, review, tracking and coding.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3 or 4 years of relevant experience in depth knowledge of invoice processing or related.
- Fluent in English.
- Customer services experience.
- Excellent critical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player.
- Reporting and analytical experience.
- Detail oriented.
- Team player.
- Good adaptability to new opportunities.
**Nice to Have**
- Nice to have Medical Device Industry experience.
- Previous accounting experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP is plus.
- Nice to have 1 year of experience as a supervisor.
- Fluent in Portuguese is a plus.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
