**¿A quién buscamos?**

El Customer Onboarding Specialist desempeñará un papel crucial en la satisfacción del cliente y la retención, guiándolos a través del proceso de adopción y optimización del software. Este rol se centrará en garantizar que los clientes comprendan completamente el valor de nuestra herramienta y la utilicen de manera efectiva para mejorar la operación en sus clínicas.

**¿Qué harás?**
- Realizar evaluaciones exhaustivas de las necesidades y procesos de las clínicas dentales clientes para comprender sus requisitos específicos.
- Diseñar planes de onboarding según las necesidades de los clientes, asegurando una implementación eficiente y efectiva del software.
- Proporcionar orientación experta sobre las funcionalidades del software, procesos clínicos y prácticas recomendadas a los usuarios, asegurando una comprensión profunda.
- Mantener una comunicación regular con los clientes durante los primeros 3 meses, ofreciendo apoyo proactivo, resolviendo problemas y garantizando un uso óptimo del software.
- Identificar y abordar problemas y desafíos del cliente de manera proactiva.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para resolver problemas técnicos o de usabilidad.
- Recopilar comentarios y sugerencias de los clientes para mejorar continuamente los procesos de onboarding y la funcionalidad del software.
- Colaborar en la creación de materiales educativos, incluyendo guías, tutoriales y webinars, para empoderar a los clientes a utilizar el software de forma independiente.
- Gestionar las expectativas del cliente de manera realista y transparente, asegurando que comprendan el tiempo necesario para alcanzar resultados óptimos.
- Realizar seguimiento e informar acerca de los resultados de negocio de sus clientes, generando reportería y/o otros, que permitan evidenciar el valor aportado por el uso del software.

- Profesional en áreas de Administración, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Servicios, o área de la salud.
