Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Takara Hotel & Events Place. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching potential vendors, comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers, negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing, and assisting the Supervisor in daily delivery requests of stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching potential vendors to ensure the best possible products and services for the company.
  • Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and terms.
  • Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing with suppliers.
  • Assisting the Supervisor in daily delivery requests of stores.
  • Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage of products.
  • Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors).
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

Working Conditions:

  • 8-hour shift.
  • Full-time position.

Benefits:

  • 13th month salary.
