Job Summary: Johnson Controls is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist II to join our support team in Bogotá. This role is responsible for providing first-level technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.What will you do?Provide technical and application support via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.Understand and analyze the reported issues, ensuring accurate resolutions are provided to customers with complete documentation.Develop skills in analytical thinking and holistic problem-solving to troubleshoot real-time cases.Document all customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.What we look for:Essential Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.Strong understanding of technical systems and software applications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.What we offer:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
