**Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. You will set our path to success as a company by ensuring all of our workstations are working properly for the organization’s day-to-day operations. This is a hybrid position (within Bogota, Colombia), where you will be working for our Bogota office. We are looking for a full-time employee.
**What the job looks like**
- Coordinate the systems infrastructure and operations.
- Provide technical support to our team: software setup, import and export files, data management, phone systems, CRM and team viewer support, general computer issues.

**What you will bring to our team**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology or related.
- Intermediate English Proficiency Written and Spoken (B1 - B2).
- 1+ years of proven, relevant experience in IT Support or Systems Administration.
- Technical experience with Windows and Mac Operating Systems, Virtualization technologies, Voice over IP and IP technologies, Antivirus systems, etc.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within information technology.
- Strong Work Ethic.
- Professional, determined, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work well with others in pursuit of business goals, as well as being proactive and making realistic decisions when needed.
- Home office setup with a strong and stable internet connection, a reliable computer and a headset.
- Full-time and immediate availability.
- Ability to work Monday thru Friday, during Business Hours.
- Desire to work for a non-traditional company with a great environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Cundinamarca: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
