Qué harás:

  • Desarrollar y gestionar el presupuesto de ventas para los canales indirectos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos y el crecimiento del negocio.

  • Asegurar la generación de demanda a través de distribuidores y profesionales de la salud (HCPs), garantizando la rotación adecuada de los productos y evitando pérdidas por vencimiento.

  • Capacitar y entrenar continuamente a la fuerza de ventas de los distribuidores, asegurando que estén preparados para promocionar y vender los productos en el mercado.

  • Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los distribuidores, realizando reuniones periódicas y monitoreando indicadores clave de desempeño para identificar oportunidades y definir planes de acción.

  • Acompañar a la fuerza comercial y a los distribuidores en visitas estratégicas para asegurar la alineación del mensaje promocional, fortalecer la relación con médicos y HCPs y garantizar el uso adecuado de los productos.

  • Utilizar CRM y otras herramientas corporativas para la gestión integral de clientes, el monitoreo del mercado y la generación de insights estratégicos para el crecimiento del negocio.

  • Coordinar con los distribuidores actividades de educación médica continua alineadas con la estrategia comercial, asegurando un impacto positivo en las ventas.

  • Garantizar que los distribuidores cumplan con las políticas comerciales de la empresa, incluyendo los precios acordados, los márgenes esperados y los procesos de venta alineados con la estrategia de la compañía.

Qué necesitas:

  • Experiencia comprobada en la gestión de ventas indirectas o directas de alto nivel.

  • Experiencia en la industria de dispositivos médicos.

  • Deseable conocimiento en Ortopedia.

  • Inglés intermedio.

Travel Percentage: 40%
