Netsuite Senior Sales Consultant, Preventas

Somos el Equipo de Preventa (Base Instalada) de Oracle NetSuite. Somos parte de la Organización del Conocimiento, tenemos un rol fundamental dentro de la estrategia de la corporación, apoyando la renovación y brindando máximos niveles de satisfacción a nuestros clientes en toda Latinoamérica. Trabajamos directamente con nuestros ejecutivos de ventas para crear y realizar demostraciones de soluciones y consultoría de gestión, convirtiéndonos en un aliado estratégico.

Perfil de vacante

Debes tener pasión y empatía por ofrecer y demostrar soluciones con impacto positivo a los clientes, a través de la escucha activa, la construcción de relaciones duraderas y la excelencia en las diferentes presentaciones. Todo ello, dentro de un entorno de trabajo colaborativo, dinámico, sin rutinas fijas y con el foco en generar confianza entre todas las partes involucradas.

Responsabilidades

Como

Netsuite Senior Sales Consultant, Preventas , serás responsable clave que conecta lo que tenemos para ofrecer con las necesidades de innumerables empresas.

Tú irás:

Adquirir y evolucionar constantemente

en sus conocimientos y capacidades técnicas y personales.

Escuchar a nuestros clientes, analizar su plan de negocios y sus procesos para determinar y presentar cómo NetSuite puede continuar apoyándolos.

Preparar y realizar demostraciones de alta calidad, expresando las características y beneficios propuestos por NetSuite.

Organizar y mantener información sobre las oportunidades de las que eres parte.

Ser miembro y colaborador/a de iniciativas entre los equipos que conforman Oracle NetSuite.

Requisitos y habilidades necesarias:

Entusiasmo, conocimiento y actitud en dar prioridad al cliente Además:

Experiencia en puestos de preventa, soporte, posventa o técnicos;

Experiencia en relaciones con clientes;

Conocimiento de ERP, contabilidad y procesos de negocio;

Experiencia en otras soluciones CRM empresariales (es decir, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Pipefy, etc.) y/o ERP (es decir, SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Epicor, Sankhya, Totvs, Odoo, etc.);

Requisitos y habilidades deseables.

Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Sistemas de Información, Negocios o Economía.

Sólida experiencia en procesos contables/financieros o trabajando en segmentos como Manufactura, Servicios, Supply Chain o Retail.

Experiencia previa en preventa facilitará tu proceso de aprendizaje.

Excelente comunicación (verbal, escrita y como presentador) así como habilidades interpersonales para interactuar con el público.

Satisfacción al buscar y proponer soluciones a casos problemáticos, utilizando su creatividad e innovando.

Consideramos un facilitador en tu proceso de aprendizaje si tienes experiencia previa con otros sistemas del mercado, tales como: Oracle, SAP/SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics, Totvs, Sankhya, Infor, Epicor, Sage, Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Odoo o similares.
