Objetivo general del rol/cargo: Evaluar la calidad de
los productos digitales, softwares o apps funcionen correctamente antes de
lanzarlas al público o entregarlas a un cliente, con el fin de asegurar que
estos ofrezcan la calidad y requisitos definidos.

Responsabilidades del rol/cargo:

  • Crear un plan de pruebas y testing, con el fin de garantizar la evaluación de los productos digitales.
  • Probar y diagnosticar los programas de software de automatización de los negocios atendidos, con el fin de identificar problemas en el código con velocidad.
  • Automatización de pruebas
  • Reportar y documentar bugs encontrados y realizar pruebas de regresión.
  • Simular el rendimiento del producto y evaluar los resultados
  • Identificar los problemas de los productos mediante el uso de sistemas de seguimiento de errores
  • Crear bases de datos de defectos de productos conocidos y analizar estos problemas
  • Revisar las especificaciones del producto, para predecir futuros errores
  • Asesoramiento sobre el diseño de productos para reducir los posibles problemas
  • Mejorar las estrategias de pruebas
  • Asegurar que el software está listo para el público objetivo
