Posición:
Sales development representative

Funciones:
Realizar llamadas salientes a contactos comerciales utilizando una lista proporcionada para recopilar
información y concertar citas.

  • Concertar 23 citas cualificadas por semana para el equipo.
  • Utilizar un sistema CRM para realizar un seguimiento de la actividad y el progreso.
  • Investigar y recopilar información sobre clientes potenciales para garantizar su cualificación
  • Mantener una actitud positiva y profesional en todas las interacciones telefónicas.

En el futuro (después de los 90 días de formación) podrían atender las llamadas directas en lugar de sólo establecer la llamada y enviarla a un agente.



Horario:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Requerimientos: 2 años de experiencia en ventas B2B, inglés B2-C1, Experiencia en la plataforma SASS
