About the role


As part of 3Shape Academy, the Coordinator is responsible for assisting in core project completion to move the department forward in alignment to its missions and goals.

As the coordinator, this role will work closely with academy leadership to develop, maintain, and complete projects and tasks while providing a superior customer experience.


Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Work cross-functionally within Academy to assist with organization and execution of projects and programs
  • Produce accurate and timely reports, utilizing project management tools, regarding projects and programs. Communicate observations, findings, and recommendations to management.
  • Utilize critical thinking, problemsolving skills, and project management tools to create project plans and develop solutions.
  • Support and develop academy initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Work crossdepartmentally to ensure project alignments.
  • Manage and submit expenses for reimbursement according to company policy.
  • Adheres to company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing duties and assignments.
