Job Title: Bilingual Operations Coordinator - Latam
Location: Remote (PST Timezone)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM PST
Job description:
We're seeking an Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in managing our day-to-day operations efficiently. As the backbone of our operations, you'll be responsible for scheduling projects, dispatching drivers, communicating with our field team, and ensuring the smooth execution of all tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Jobber to schedule new projects and assign drivers for daily dispatch.
- Maintain constant communication with drivers regarding job details and promptly address any issues that arise.
- Collect reports from completed jobs and update management on project statuses.
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and document best practices.
- Handle the invoicing process for completed jobs and follow up with customers for payments.
- Undertake industry-specific administrative tasks as needed.
- Prepare quotes for new proposals and assist in the bidding process.
- Assist in the coordination of day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Jobber, Slack, Notion, and other project management-type systems is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with drivers and management.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of administrative procedures and invoicing processes.
- Fluent in Spanish (desired).
- Prior experience in a similar role, especially in service-based businesses, is advantageous.
