Sales Training Manager

Enhance the knowledge and skills of the Allergan Aesthetics team in the northern region by delivering effective brand, customer engagement, and coaching training for all commercial roles. Ensure that the team is well-equipped to excel in their positions by identifying individual and group needs and taking necessary actions to address them.
Major Responsibilities:- Responsible for Facial brands (Juvederm, HArmonyCA, and Botox) in the Northern Region.
- Analysis:
- Identify training needs by understanding the country's overall business and utilizing insights from various industry sources and data to recommend effective training solutions to leaders.
- Design:
- Collaborate with stakeholders at a country level to develop a strategic training plan aligned with business needs. Work closely with the International Training & Capabilities team to maximize available resources.
- Contribute to the international strategic plan by sharing business needs and shaping the training strategy of Allergan Aesthetics.
- Design and create curricula, programs, and materials based on specific needs, collaborating with vendors when necessary.
- Development:
- Develop tools and methodologies for implementing the training plan. Utilize global resources for areas such as brand awareness, sales skills, and individual growth.
- Drive organizational change by introducing new training strategies and concepts successfully.
- Implementation:
- Execute the training plan to ensure timely and effective knowledge transfer. Implement international training curricula, learner journeys, programs, and materials as needed.
- Support the integration of Key Account Management throughout Allergan Aesthetics.
- Evaluation:
- Evaluate all training initiatives using Kirkpatrick's evaluation levels to monitor behavior changes and business impact. Conduct regular knowledge and skills assessments to gauge organizational capabilities.
- Create follow-up plans with leaders based on evaluation outcomes.
- Accompaniment:
- Cultivate a coaching culture among leaders within the organization. Provide coaching support for Customer Facing Roles when necessary.
- Conduct field visits to assess strengths and weaknesses in the field force and recommend targeted training solutions.
- Cross-functional: Deliver brand knowledge training in collaboration with Marketing and Medical teams. Work closely with Medical Affairs and Regulatory departments to ensure timely brand material approvals.
Education:
Seeking professionals in psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, or similar fields with certifications in adult education, instructional design, and coaching.
Skills:
- Familiarity with contemporary training methodologies, content development, and delivery techniques.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to engage effectively across various organizational levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Proficient training delivery skills, including presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Effective influencing and negotiating capabilities.
- Prior experience in coaching.
- Fluency in English.
Experience:
- Background in commercial roles or training for commercial positions like Representative, Key Account Manager, or Sales Manager.
- Minimum of 3 years in a training role.
