El área de infraestructuras depende de la Vicepresidencia de Tecnología y es responsable de la operación y gestión de la plataforma tecnológica que da soporte a los servicios corporativos y de negocio en la región SPLATAM.

Adicionalmente, participa activamente en el diseño e implantación de soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras para el desarrollo de nuevos productos y servicios.

En esta área contamos con varios equipos especializados dentro de los cuales se encuentran Base de Datos, Redes y Seguridad, Sistemas Corporativos, Sistemas Operativos, Almacenamiento y Middleware.


Objetivo del cargo:


Responsable de la gestión y mantenimiento de sistemas operativos Windows en el entorno empresarial y tareas relacionadas con la administración, seguridad, configuración y optimización de sistemas basados en Windows, sistemas de Virtualización como VmWare (VCenter, ESx), Ansible, Administración de Almacenamiento, Configuración de Redes, DNS, DHCP.


Responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Gestión y soporte de Sistemas Operativos Windows en todos los servicios y configuraciones de hardening On-Premise y en entornos Cloud (AWS).
  • Configuraciones de scripts en playbooks para Ansible con el fin de automatizar el despliegue de hardening y servicios
  • Gestionar, verificar y ejecutar solicitudes de cambio (RFC) para la actualización/implementación de servicios
  • Apoyar el diseño/mejoras de arquitecturas tecnológicas que soporten eficientemente productos y servicios de negocio
  • Proponer planes de mejora continua que mejoren la prestación de servicios informáticos.
  • Monitorizar indicadores de gestión que permitan realizar un seguimiento del rendimiento de los servicios y aplicaciones existentes en la plataforma.
  • Velar por el correcto uso de la plataforma y de los servicios prestados de acuerdo con las políticas de la empresa.
  • Capacidad para diagnosticar y solucionar problemas complejos de sistemas, redes y aplicaciones en entornos Windows, VmWare, DNS y DHCP.
  • Gestión de los procesos de actualización/mejora del sistema operativo y migración a nuevas versiones de Windows Server, sistema de virtualización, DNS

Requisitos Formación**:

Ingeniero de Sistemas o Electrónica

Experiência:

  • 2 años de experiência certificable en administración e implementación de servicios bajo Sistemas Operativos Windows Server 2016, 201 Experiência certificable en productos Windows Server.
  • Preferible certificación en Windows Server e ITIL.
  • Experiência ejecutando servicios de clúster DNS y DHCP en Windows Server.
  • Experiência trabajando con metodologías ágiles
  • Experiência en virtualización onpremise
  • Habilidades de scripting en Power Shell (deseable)
  • Certificación VMware vSphere (deseable)
