In this vacancy, you will be responsible for researching and developing winning products in the professional space based on a deep understanding of operator pain points.
You will have a key role to play in defining the product design strategy based on operator needs, product differentiation (innovations) and sustainability.
How are you going to build a better world?You will be responsible for:
- Be the technical leader of innovation projects (TPL) supporting the implementation and product launches, including innovation and renewal projects for the Unilever Professional category with technical excellence and rigor.
- 2. Partnership and activities with crossfunctional teams: Marketing, Planning, Quality, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Purchasing, Sales and Research & Development interfaces (Processes, Packaging and CTI).
- 3. Participate in visits to customers, operators and business partners to identify their real needs, opportunities for improvement and new products.
- 4. Responsible for artwork approvals, product registrations and preparation of documentation for compliance by authorities in accordance with Unilever policies and applicable law.
- 5. Strategic support for the team, validating new mixes, developing new laboratory capabilities, understanding our operators in details and developing disruptive demos. Deeply connection with Marketing, Legal ,Regulatory Affairs, CMI and Formulation teams, supporting Claims and communications through consumer lens.
The requirements are:
- Bachelor (Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry or related areas), experience in lab work and in innovation projects
- A creative approach to problem solving, always looking for a new way to deliver
- Analytical data analysis
- Design Thinking
- Ability to work on a variety of R&D projects, in a multifunctional, multicultural environment
- Ability to work with new technologies
- Effective communication
- Effective timing management
- Presentation skills
- English (fluent).
