Requisitos:
- 2 a 3 años trabajando en compensación (salarios, beneficios, etc)
- Carrera preferiblemente terminada o a punto de acabar la carrera en Ingeniería, Finanzas, Administración o Economía
- Excel: Avanzado con conocimiento en Macros
- Conocimiento en estudios de competitividad (ideal en Mercer)
- Inglés Avanzado (INDISPENSABLE)
