What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with our consulting teams on a diverse range of businesses, advanced analytics, and web development topics. You will have the opportunity to leverage web development and rapid prototyping methodologies to deliver value to our clients through software development expertise and accelerated execution support.

You will collaborate with case teams to gather requirements, specify, design, develop, deliver, and support analytics solutions serving client needs. You will provide technical support through a deeper understanding of relevant software solutions and processes to build high-quality and efficient web applications.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and statistics, with expertise in Python and other analytics tools. You will have experience in data cleaning, variable transformation, regression analysis, and machine learning algorithms. Additionally, you will have experience in core data visualization tasks and tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or R shiny.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of optimization and predictive techniques, with experience in mathematical programming, metaheuristic techniques, and stochastic modeling. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field, such as data science, statistics, machine learning, mathematics, or computer science
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on statistics, optimization, and machine learning modeling
  • Experience with big data environments, such as Amazon Redshift, Hadoop/HIVE, or Teradata
  • Strong expertise in Python, with experience in data cleaning, variable transformation, and regression analysis
  • Experience with core data visualization tasks and tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or R shiny
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
