Your Role:
Desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y mantener los clientes de KN existentes, siendo un especialista en la ruta que maneja.
Your Responsibilities:
- Mantener un portafolio mínimo de clientes activos enfocados en la ruta asignada.
- Calificar las empresas relacionadas con la ruta para definir si tienen potencial de negocio, de acuerdo a las políticas de KN.
- Registrar en Corelog toda la información relevante al manejo de la cuenta para asegurar un historial de cada una, información de la empresa, su movimiento, oportunidades y cotizaciones.
- Actuar como punto de contacto para la venta "de todos" los servicios de KN y dar soluciones a través de todas las unidades de negocio existentes en el país (dependiendo del cliente, esto puede ser realizado en conjunto con un representante de operaciones y/o servicio al cliente)
- Solicitar la creación del cliente y la respectiva solicitud de crédito.
- Realizar según el caso, el SOP, SI o Chip para garantizar la correcta coordinación y manejo del embarque por parte del Customer Service.
- Establecer el Customer Profile de KN Login para asegurar que el cliente cuente con la herramienta para la visibilidad y monitoreo de sus embarques así como también para que el Ejecutivo de Ventas o el Customer Service creen los alertas necesarios.
- Cumplir con todos los objetivos tanto de cantidad de visitas, volume units, determinados en el plan regional de incentivos, para garantizar la productividad requerida para la posición.
- Estar involucrado en todos los requerimientos del cliente y mantener una cercana comunicación con operaciones y servicio al cliente de KN, para asegurar entendimiento uniforme de expectativas del cliente en relación a soluciones operacionales, horarios, costos y resultados.
- Interactuar con todas las áreas involucradas en el desarrollo de la cuenta para brindar soporte siempre que la situación lo requiera.
- Detectar ventajas y debilidades durante las visitas a clientes, realizar venta consultiva donde como mínimo se recopile toda la información relevante, tales como tráficos, rutas, modo de transporte, volúmenes, tarifas, etc. e investigar las actividades de los competidores.
Your Skills and Experiences:
- Profesional en Mercadeo, Comercio Exterior y/o Carrera administrativa.
- Experiência en empresas de Logística o posiciones similares. INDISPENSABLE Experiência en Ventas y transporte internacional.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Tener vehiculo propio.
