As a
Pre-Sales Engineer at Intraway, you will be an integral member of our sales team, working closely with account executives, product management, and engineering to engage prospects, identify their needs, and present tailored telecom automation solutions using Symphonica that address their goals and challenges.


As part of our team, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, identify opportunities for new business, and upsell existing clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, articulating the value proposition and technical benefits of Symphonica.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Assist in preparing and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical documents.
  • Create and deliver technical proofofconcept demonstrations, pilots, and evaluations to showcase the capabilities of Symphonica.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales, product management, and engineering teams, providing feedback on product improvements and market trends.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote Intraway and establish our presence in the market.
  • Continuously enhance your expertise in cloud architecture, software development, and stay uptodate with emerging technologies.

Required skills to be part of our amazing team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong background in cloud architecture and software development.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisionmakers and build longlasting relationships with customers.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, events, and trainings.
  • Experience in the telecom OSS space is a plus but not mandatory.
