Kenvue is currently recruiting for SC Tech and Data, Deliver, Logistics - IT Product Manager.

This position reports into Director of Logistics Tech Lead and is based in Skillman NJ, Cali Valle del Cauca Colombia with remote work options.

As a critical role in the Technology & Data organization, the SC Tech and Data, Deliver, Logistics - IT Product Manager will be responsible for working closely with the business and IT partners to develop and implement the IT Strategy for logistics systems to sustain and enhance the Logistics systems for Consumer Health, This role will be responsible for ensuring that technology solutions are supported and implemented according to Business requirements as we migrate to the newly formed Kenvue company.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $97,000 to $166,750.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Product delivery and support vendor teams
  • Develop Product roadmaps that align with Business and IT Strategy
  • Develop and manage the implementation of platforms in support of the business strategy
  • Partner with Supply Chain deliver business partners to deliver product capabilities
  • Influences, articulates and implements strategic direction for Logistics products in support of Logistics business strategy
  • Document and groom product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an agile development environment; ensure stories are groomed and ready for discussion prior to future iterations or reviews

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 35 years' experience as a product owner and / or analyst in Supply Chain or related field with responsibility for systems strategy, delivery, support, requirements, etc.
  • Understanding of industry trends and customer needs, ability to create user stories and tie them to technology solutions that best support business goals.
  • Experience supporting Supply Chain Logistics systems, tools and business solutions with a focus on logistics
  • Strong teamwork and exceptional collaboration skills required
  • Focus on customer problem solving
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Team player with a proven track record of motivating others
  • Conflict management and problemsolving skills
  • Program / Product Management experience required
