Job summary:


As an Associate Specialist, Operations, Climate Projects - Latam, you will provide close support from within the Operations team to the Global Senior Director, Regions, Climate Projects, the Regional Director, Climate Projects - Latam, and the Global Director, NBS, PDME, in all of their administrative and organisational needs, ensuring all logistics run smoothly for these Directors.

Reporting directly to the Global Manager, Operations, Climate Projects.


You will support Directors and their teams to multi-task, prioritise their time more effectively and focus on the growth and evolution of our business.

Also, you will maintain a high standard of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion and independent judgement.


You will be able to participate in training and meetings with different colleagues around the world to improve your skills and gain new knowledge.


Main tasks & responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, handling expenses and timesheets, and arranging for visas and similar requirements
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents
  • Maintain and update documentation, files, and records related to operations and projects, drafted letters and documents where needed
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular quality checks and updating databases as necessary
  • Support the analysis and reporting of data to help track project progress and performance

Project Coordination:

  • Support the Operations Manager in tracking project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
  • Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, support the addressing inquiries and provide the necessary information
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as Finance, Marketing, and Legal, to ensure smooth project execution
  • Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledgesharing initiatives
  • Arrange for internal meetings or gatherings

Industry Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to the Voluntary Carbon Market
  • Summarise and present research findings to assist in strategic decisionmaking

Process Improvement:

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness
  • Participate in the development and implementation of standardised procedures and workflows
  • Provide feedback and ideas for system enhancements and automation initiatives.
