The Strategy & Operations specialist is responsible for leading projects aimed to improve the user experience by optimizing the company's compensation policy. The Strategy & Operations specialist must possess strong analytical, strong communication skills and bias to action to drive execution of initiatives which will improve the user experience. A proactive and results-oriented approach is essential to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Perform comprehensive analysis to identify trends and patterns that impact the user experience, and develop effective strategies for mitigation.- Initiate, plan and lead to successful execution projects focused on improving the user experience- Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement solutions and processes that address user-related issues- Develop and maintain fair and effective compensation policies for our customers- Continuously evaluate and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing the user experience and compensation- Supervise and coordinate communication with relevant stakeholders

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analysis, or related fields. Additional education in project management is highly valued.- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.- Specific skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis and utilize data analysis tools.-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.-
- Ability to lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion.-
- Problem-solving and data-driven decision-making mindset-
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive progress and achieve goals.-
- Strong ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating effective leadership skills.-
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.-
- Certifications and licenses: Certifications related to project management, data analysis, or user experience management are highly valued.- Fluent in English (required), Spanish (required)
