El B2B Growth Strategist será responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de crecimiento en ventas y relaciones públicas para Connect.

Este rol trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de liderazgo de la empresa para desarrollar e implementar planes que impulsen el crecimiento empresarial, aumenten la visibilidad y el reconocimiento de la marca, y mejoren la percepción de Connect como un lugar de trabajo atractivo.


Responsabilidades y deberes:


Desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia integral de crecimiento empresarial que aborde la identificación de oportunidades de mercado, la segmentación de clientes, el posicionamiento de la marca, la adquisición de clientes y el marketing.


Crear y ejecutar planes de relaciones públicas que aumenten la visibilidad y el reconocimiento de la marca, y que refuercen la posición de liderazgo de Connect en el mercado.


Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de liderazgo de la empresa para desarrollar y ejecutar iniciativas de marca del empleador que mejoren la percepción de Connect como un lugar de trabajo atractivo y diferenciado.

Identificar oportunidades para establecer y mantener relaciones estratégicas con otras empresas, organizaciones y líderes de opinión en el sector.

Desarrollar y ejecutar campañas de marketing B2B que impulsen la generación de leads y el cierre de ventas.


Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos internos de marketing y ventas para asegurarse de que todas las iniciativas están alineadas y sean coherentes con la estrategia general de la empresa.


Realizar análisis y seguimiento de la efectividad de las iniciativas implementadas y utilizar los datos para mejorar continuamente las estrategias y tácticas de crecimiento empresarial y relaciones públicas.


Requisitos:

Mínimo de 10 años de experiência en un rol de marketing o relaciones públicas, preferiblemente en un entorno B2B.


Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, así como habilidades interpersonales para construir relaciones y colaborar efectivamente con los equipos internos y externos.

Fuerte comprensión de las tendencias y prácticas actuales en marketing, publicidad y relaciones públicas, especialmente en el ámbito B2B.

Experiência en el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de marca del empleador y en el posicionamiento de la marca.


Fuerte capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas para evaluar la efectividad de las iniciativas y ajustarlas según sea necesario.

Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y liderar proyectos interfuncionales.
