Propósito del rol:


Salvar y sostener vidas realizando una efectiva gestión de pedidos, tramitando y gestionando las reclamaciones de los clientes hasta su resolución y realizando un seguimiento de los planes de acción correctivos.


Responsabilidades Principales:

1. **Cumplir con la normatividad vigente frente a temas de salud, ambiente y seguridad definidas en la CO6001A, regulaciones y normas aplicables en materia de Calidad (GMP, manuales y procedimientos de calidad), Seguridad en la Cadena de Suministro, sistema de gestión integral de la energía y políticas corporativas relacionadas a su cargo.

2. **Gestión de pedidos:
procesar y realizar el seguimiento de nuevas órdenes de venta de clientes y ordenes intercompañia hasta la entrega oportuna (ciclo completo de pedidos)

3. **Gestionar disponibilidad de producto con plantas de producción

4. **Procesar y gestionar los requerimientos y reclamos

5.Tener conocimiento en procesos de Order to Cash, sistema de gestión de calidad, comercio internacional y cumplimiento de políticas para desempeñar las funciones del puesto de manera integral.

Requerimientos:

1. Profesional universitario graduado en Ingeniería Industrial, administración de empresas o afines.

2. Un (1) año de experiência en comercial internacional y/o servicio al cliente.

3. Inglés conversacional intermedio.
