En ISPD Bogotá buscamos a un/a Coordinador/a de Social Media su objetivo será el de mantener actualizada la gestión de las redes sociales de cada cliente, construyendo la planeación adecuada para la publicación de contenidos, piezas y formatos de acuerdo al objetivo de cada marca.


Principales actividades:

  • Administración de las RRSS de cada cliente garantizando el buen manejo de las mismas y el uso responsable de los accesos y perfiles asignados
  • Publicación de contenidos en cada RRSS
  • Escalamiento y/o respuesta a las conversaciones de la audiencia en cada red social
  • Construcción de la parrilla de contenidos con la periodicidad definida
  • Redacción de copies para cada publicación
  • Generación de recomendaciones sobre posibles acciones que impulsen las RRSS
  • Diseño de piezas para las publicaciones en RRSS (cuando así lo requiera la cuenta)
  • Generación de informes y análisis que reflejen las acciones y logros de la gestión de RRS de acuerdo a la periodicidad acordada
  • Generación de informes proactivos que aporten a la gestión de cuentas (internos y de cara al cliente)
