As a Product Manager at Gooten, you'll be responsible for designing and posting original content across our social platforms.
This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working autonomously and want to unleash their talents in a professional environment to create innovative, out of the box content and graphics during an exciting growth period.
To be successful in this role, you should be highly motivated, creative, and possess solid knowledge of marketing competencies.Ultimately, a top-notch social media coordinator and designer should be computer literate, highly organized, and proactive to do their own research on creative copy and ideas that will engage our target audience.
How you'll power eCommerce:
- Manage all social media platforms start to finish creating original content, maintaining social media calendar, planning all posts, captions, creating the concepts behind stories, videos and prepping all slides and posts
- Engage with social media users and accounts across all platforms as needed
- Drive community engagement and discussions across review platforms and online forums and feeds, as well as on/offsite events
- Design, develop and implement digital media campaigns across social channels that align cross functionally while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Support sales and marketing teams with eye catching collateral and digital materials including flyers, one pagers, ebooks, sales sheets, product mockups, trade show signage and webpages, etc.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, social sentiment, and our competitors using data tools and insights to inform decisions
- Research and implement latest social trends, best practices, and innovations across platforms
- Organize pitches and materials for new influencer outreach initiatives
You should have:
- Degree in Business, Marketing and/or Communications
- 2+ years experience in social media and design at a fastpaced, metricsdriven environment
- Must possess impeccable copywriting and creative graphic design skills
- Deeply familiar with common graphic design suites like Adobe Creative cloud and video editing software (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and online design tools such as Canva
- Familiar with or willing to master Figma
- Must be fluent in brand, marketing and design principles and best practices
- Experience with owning and optimizing a creative workflow
- Knowledge of social media graphic and video formats and best practices: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter, Tiktok, etc
