Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • adidas Shared Services in Bogota delivers high quality services for Customer Service and Invoice to Cash, Accounts Payable, Retail Accounting, eCommerce Accounting and other Finance processes as well as HR Services for adidas companies located in Europe and Americas.
  • Primary duties include returns processing for wholesale customers, preparation, research, and resolution for the return's authorization and the proper posting of the credits in customers' accounts. This position will assist other AR functions as needed.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and troubleshoot returns and receivable issues with direct shipments
  • Utilizes systems to assist and correct problematic credits to ensure accurate invoice is given to customers
  • Work with the Distribution centers, transportation, sales, financeCS, claims, and credit and collection departments to obtain information needed for the returns processing of adidas
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to recommend and implement returns solutions using current technology to maximize the efficiency and accuracy of existing systems and processes
  • Gather reports from other departments to ensure a proper reconciliation on all returns and creditsProvides reporting to Customer Service, claims and credit and collection a on orders completed and outstanding
  • Function as the primary contact for any returns issues or questions related to the wholesale customers
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Completes other tasks as directed by management
  • Assist the returns team lead in reporting, stakeholder management, internal team training and daily tasks distribution

  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • University degree,
- a minimum of 2 years of returns related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Working computer knowledge: Microsoft Office; Excel, and Word
  • MS Access knowledge preferred
  • Advanced English level
