Purpose & Overall Relevance:

Support the business in reaching sales and market strategy goals, ensuring a reliable service level for all assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support to assigned customers in a specific market.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various topics like backlogs, deliveries, cancellations, promotions, and credit requests.
  • Manage orders and deliveries efficiently, prioritize orders according to sales guidelines.
  • Assist Returns & Complaints team with new requests and handle returns following policy.
  • Support colleagues in different groups within Account Operations.

Key Relationships:

Work closely with Account Operations, Customers, Sales Channel Management, Global Operations in US & Canada, IT, Planning, Finance, Marketing, and external providers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP, familiarity with Sales Force.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a deep understanding of complex processes.

Requisite Education and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, sales, supply chain, or logistics.
